Pie vegetable Carving :carrots and zucchini

This tart is perfect to accompany salads and / or surprise your family or friends. It is very simple to make and delicious. I was inspired by a recipe from an English magazine (" What Ate Liberty magazine "). 



Ingredients for 4 :
1 pastry
3-4 tbsp mustard
50g grated cheese
2 large zucchini s
5/6 carrots oil olive salt, pepper, thyme


Place the pastry in a pie pan and prick with a fork.
Spread the mustard over the bottom of pie and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Wash the carrots and zucchini and cut s in lengthwise strips to Using a peeler.
