American minced salad

Here's a refreshing salad, hearty, full of taste and very nice to do.
The dressing is fairly raised, the mustard is very strong but really delicious,

Serves 6
bell pepper , halved red
1 small chili without beans bird halved
onion cut in quarters red
6 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
200g feta [curd cheese]
2 small lettuce or romaine
A small arugula or radicchio 1 small
2-3 handfuls of fresh herbs (mint, parsley , chives , basil )
2 teaspoons mustard or Dijon English (the mustard English is strong enough)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar white
8 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

Remove seeds from peppers and chilli . Wash all other ingredients.
On a shelf cut into 1 cm cubes all vegetables and feta together in a mezzaluna or knife slicing.
For salads and herbs, made of fairly thin strips.
Make a hole in the middle, pour the mustard , mix the vinegar and oil.
Season vegetables and bring to the center by mixing slowly.
