Ingredients :-
Dil leaves - 1 cup ( cleaned & chopped)
Jagery - 1 cup (grated)
Rava -1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup ( grated)
Milk -1 cup
Baking powder -3/4 tsp
Clarified butter - 3 tsp
Method :-
In a mixing jar , add chopped dil leaves, jagery, coconut and grind into a smooth paste by adding milk .
In a pan dry roast rava until golden brown.
Take a mixing bowl add all da above ingredients mix well..
Tarnsform da mixed batter into a cooking vessel and by using double boiler method cook da steam cakes for 7 mins.
Once its cooked , let it cool.cut into peices & serve
