Summer cooler
Ingredients: 10 ml pomegranate syrup, 20 ml orange squash, 60 ml orange juice, 40 ml pineapple juice, 1 bottle of soda
Method: In a tall glass, mix together the pomegranate syrup and the pineapple juice. To this add the orange squash and juice. Stir the mixture well and top it up with a glass of soda. Give it a quick mix and serve is a hurricane glass. You may garnish it with a slice of orange.
